This weeks Fuck it Friday clip comes courtesy of vaccaad185.

Since arriving in Toronto Joffrey Lupul has put up 34 goals and 85 points in 94 games. Having established an obvious and effective chemistry with Phil Kessel. Lupul is expected back in the lineup very shortly (maybe as early as Saturday night). It will certainly be interesting to see if the two all-star wingers from 2011-12 are reunited. An already effective offense will only get better with the inclusion of Lupul. Here are what I think the lines will look like once #19 in blue and white returns:

Lupul – Bozak – Kessel
JVR – Grabovski – Kulemin
MacArthur – Kadri- Frattin
McLaren – McClement – Orr

Keep in mind that due to injury Lupul has only appeared in 3 of the 45 games that Randy Carlyle has coached the Leafs. The two had a terrible relationship in Anaheim and haven’t had the opportunity to mend fences yet in Toronto. Interesting to see how things pan out. Considering Lupul was recently resigned to a 5 year $26.25 million dollar contract, Carlyle needs to swallow his pride and embrace all things Lupul.

Have a nice weekend.

Where’s komarov? He’s been solid for us ??

    • hope_smoke

Holy shit, you’re right. Replace Orr with Komarov. Can’t deny Komarov’s effectiveness at even strength and on the penalty kill. Thanks for pointing that out.

No problem, he is one pest on the ice and he was a solid asset to the team! And do you expect gardiner to get called up around the trade deadline?

    • hope_smoke

I expected Gardiner to be called up two weeks ago.

If they lose on Saturday, there is no way he should not be called up

Can’t honestly say I know what’s going to happen.
